ANHUI TO PROSPECT PARK


Ok, a more cheery story to counter the sheer badness of the previous one:

Three Chinese orphans who were cribmates in China are adopted - by coincidence - by three families who all live in the same neighborhood in Brooklyn.

Upon first read, this was a pretty well-written article.

I appreciated the different perspectives from the three mothers and the reality of a close connection one day gradually becoming a more distant one.

As an adoptee, I think those little girls may figure out their own way of re-connecting with each other, even if it's not until they are adults.
